Its pretty nice, its not that hard to find people to play with online. Most of the people I play with are people ive randomly met in game and just continued to play with

Man I still play with the friends I met from school and made a couple of lifelong buddies online as well. It's pretty cozy, we play Minecraft, Dark Souls, Warframe, GTA or really just any game that catches our interest.

It's pretty nice. Have been playing with most of the same friends since 2011, and I even have a good friend I met on Xbox Live back in 2007 that I still play with occasionally.

probably a mix. I used to play WoW I had a couple friends. My arena buddies probably were the people I spent the most times. I literally spent years of my life just doing 2v2 every night with a friend of mine.
They ended up starting a family. I am happy for him. He didn't have time to play anymore though. I hope everyone is okay.

What vidya do you play? Also I guess it's hard to make friends online if you're actively trying, just be casual and friendly; maybe even a little bit active and you'll find someone eventually.
