200 push ups a day 50 pull ups 200 sit ups 500 flutter kicks
Swim any time you get the chance and work on combat side stroke, also if your a pussy don’t do any of this because you won’t make it through buds anyways but if your no a fag after your in damn good shape go to a recruiter go to meps hopefully your not colorblind take your pst and get your contract to go to buds, you got to be a hardass to make it through those guys can smell fear a mile away

Well first you need to have above average ability in the army

What the fuck are you talking about NAVY seals not army seals fucktard

No. If you want a special operator contract, you ensure you train until you reach auto-qual scores and then are offered a contract to enlist with that contract (unless you fail).

Read Stew Smith for workout plans. If you actually want this you are lucky. It is nearly impossible to go from zero to the physicality required if you are working full time. It will take a year for you to get physically qualified if you commit fully and are unencumbered. Purchase the book "Breaking bud/s".

Pro-tip: prevent repetitive use injuries and do not become so excited that you "train through pain". It's better to wait another 6 months training than try to be Goggins and ruin your chances. There is pushing through discomfort, and there is pushing yourself into permanent injuries that will ruin your chances before you even begin.
If you have done drugs, don't even try to get an SO contract. You will either lie (which there is a good chance they will find out at some point during your TS clearance investigation and you will be well and truly fucked) or you will admit it and you will not be offered a contract.
Oh and for the love of God do not mention that you are going down this path to ANYONE, even people who knew Navy Seals and you believe you may be able to get training advice from. They will not help you, and if you do not get your contract, fail in bud/s or SQT, or just get injured and processed out they will certainly believe (and tell everyone) you weren't good enough.

Realistically? Go join the army on an 11x contract, get your $40,000 bonus for infantry, save all your pay, and at the 4 year mark if you are well and truly prepared, motivated, and still in love with the military apply for SFAS and go down that road.

Shit is that true about the drugs part? What if you get a moral waiver
>t. Criminal record fag
Not going for seals but looking for whichever branch will give me a recon/raider contract since ill need a few waivers

*recon or ranger I meant, I’m aware raiders take a few years of prior service
And I’ve heard 18x contracts in the army have a nearly impossible time of passing SFAS

For special operator contracts, the navy is very selective. We are not in a time of war, and they have an absolute fuck ton of 18-22 corn fed, all American, men from rural backgrounds who never touched drugs and dreamed of being seals from the day they were 14. Why should they do extra paperwork for you? You aren't special. No one is special. You could join in another rate, and try after a few years. However, if you don't want to do the other rate do not join: there is no guarantee you'll ever get a chance to go to bud/s. Marines are, once again, pretty picky about the drugs but probably more forgiving about the drugs / criminal records to get in. Once again, go in as a rifleman and get prepared. Then in a few years apply for marsoc. If you're 28 or under you have time.

Realistically, if you aren't squeaky clean, you'd have a better chance of becoming an officer than getting a high speed contract initially. The Army is the most forgiving with criminal records / drug use.

tl;dr Join in fun shooty boi mos, git gud, then apply if you still want to do it. The longer you put it off, the more chances you are giving yourself to permanently fuck yourself due to repetitive use injuries.

Shih officer might be the move then, will have a college degree in the next few months. Thanks for the advice bro.
Used to want to be a seal but realized kinda fucked my chances for that when I was younger n dumber, now just happy w anything lil bit more high speed than a 9-5

should I join the leafland military if I'm a NEET who failed CC due to autism and never going to class?

Go for it, but don't be afraid to enlist. As much shit as people talk about the military it is a much better life than being a white collar fuckboy. People talk shit about that life but, from what I can see, it's because they're 18-24 and have ever worked before so they don't "get" the opportunity they have. Fellow college degree holder, was gonna try for spec-war O contract but ended up playing myself by getting injured. 3 surgeries later and I don't even know if it'll be resolved so I can serve at all. Don't play yourself, get in, and apply to OCS later if you have to.

Try starting strength in addition to some running. You need to pass the Navy qualifications and go through Naval Bootcamp before you can become a seal btw.

Read Breaking BUD/S and be able to crush the PST, sub 8 run, sub 9 swim, 100+ push/situps, 20+ pullups.
If you are looking at shooting people in the face, SEALs are not getting as much action for a number of reasons. Go 75th ranger reg, they do a shit ton of raids and you will definitely be doing some door kicking shit.

This, as a SEAL you will be training to do dumb missions that require you to be in freezing cold water for hours that you will never get to do as anything other than training.

>Give me a routine that will get me into the navy seals
open recruiter door, walk in, say you want a seal contract. EZPZ.
>inb4 "you have to pass the pst first"
if you can't do this without training for it, you're a lost cause

making it though? you won't because you lack the mental fortitude (and honestly, the physical toughness)
how do I know? this shit thread is exhibit A

Enlist in the military and find your own way there.
If you want it, you'll get there.
Best thing i've ever done for myself.

any advice for a 20 y/o australian that dreams of being a commando?

French Foreign Legion, last i heard there are tons of Australians joining them and they are like pretty elite.

i looked into it but you have to learn french and i couldn't find much about their deployment rates, i want to be a deployed soldier that shoots things with other men

You'll never get into navy seals. Theres no way you'll clique with any of the members

you need to mentally prepare to be undes on a ship

There's no reason they'll find out you're lying about the drugs unless you've been convicted, have used weed or so other highly fat-soluble drug recently or are absolutely stupid.

You'll be with a lot of slavs most likely, and they teach you french. If you aren't a complete fuckup you'll probably go to Mali. Try to get in the parachute division

if i'm shit at learning the language, would they just throw me out?

they kind of beat it into you. So i mean you might such at learning another language from highschool but from what i understand the legion just forces it onto you or you get your ass beat which does toughen you up

Not even interested in joining, but how the hell would they find out if i've ever done drugs if i say no? There's no way they could find out.

I have a slightly different question
What would be a good routine to prepare me socially for special forces or the military in general? I'm completely balls to wall retarded when it comes to speaking to people, reading people or conversating with people.

navy seal recruiters read your biological history with super secret navy seal technology

do you know if they're generally friendly when you're actually out in the field with them?

Correct. Unless somebody you list as a reference tells them about your drug use.
