You will probably experience some benefits with the increased volume but it's not a sound training method long term.
It's good to cycle in a volume workout a couple times a month. Other than that just keep trying to progress and lift heavier within a hypertrophic rep range

I used to have zero glutes and whenever I did hip thrusts or glute bridges I would just hurt my back because I had what they call"gluteal amnesia" where the muscle just won't fire.
So I watched a video about mind muscle connection where the guy demonstrated doing glute Bridges with no weight and really showed how to get to "feel" the glutes working.
Now after 3 months my ass is pretty round. and I can stand up and make my glute activate like the negros do.
I had to do a similar thing with my left bicep because it really wasn't activating either, and I got it to a point where my left and right is fairly symmetrical now.

100 reps would become cardio and cardio kills gains, so no
optimal hypertrophic rep range is 10-15, so thats already extremely high volume. High volume for hypertrophy and high weight for strength. Source: Jim Stoppani book I read not just making this shit up
