I respect the idea of DRM-free but has anyone actually bought a game off GOG?

I only buy games that come with achievements

I get my games to play them, not for the social aspect of it.

I've bought many. Lots of old games and The Witcher 3. You also can't buy FEAR on steam.

I do it. For the most part, I only buy games on GOG.com, itch.io and Humble Store and the rare game in Steam if it is too cheap (like Alien: Isolation and Ducktales Remastered).

Yeah, tons. Pretty much any time I want a game I check GOG first. If they have it, I buy it there without question. Even if it is cheaper elsewhere, I don't mind paying a few bucks extra for a good service.

>part of the Steam community
gog community is far, far better
>friends see when you play it, tracks your time played
just use gog galaxy if you care about that stuff, you can use it for other clients on there

I did when GOG was new but now I just use:

freegogpcgames.com

I got almost 200 games on GoG.

I bought VTMB and Dragon age on GOG. Plus quite a few more that I'm forgetting.

>part of the Steam community
That's a negative, Steam's is horrible.
>friends see when you play it, tracks your time played

>Steam trading cards
