Why regular wine? Just use the Proton fork from here, it runs DOOM Eternal flawlessly.

I'm running the cracked version, I could launch it with proton I guess, I only have a Windows SSD for games where this happens.

Cemu isn't open source because it's almost certain that the devs got a hold of some leaked documentation about the WiiU architecture and don't want to blow the lid on the whole thing

I used to do this and didn't bother looking up how to disable updates on W10. After breaking multiple times with auto-updates I just kinda gave up on it, so if something doesn't work on Linux I just forget about it because it's not worth the hassle.
