>play video games on Linux every day
>go on Yas Forums and see "lmao you can't play video games on Linux" every day

shit, you are correct, I am retarded
I was thinking of Cemu, not Dolphin.
Will have to damage my brain even more in order to start caring about Nintendo

...

>what video games have you been playing on your Linux machine recently?
Boomer shit.

Crazy Taxi (Steam version, using Proton 5.0-5)
Hexen II (using Hammer of Thyrion 1.5.8)
Tomb Raider I (Steam version, using Boxtron/dosbox-staging)
Heretic (using GZDoom 4.3.3)
Alone in the Dark 2 (GOG version, using Boxtron/dosbox-staging after importing into Steam)

For games that require source ports and emulators to run properly, there's literally no reason to use Windows, and older Windows-native games tend to work with Proton pretty consistently as well. This isn't to say that newer games never work, but I just haven't played any lately.

Sid Meier's Colonization through DOSBox
it's been comfy
