I am out of work cause i worked at a casino which of course got closed and now i am on EI, but i dont think i can apply for this, it says not to apply if youre receiving unemployment benefits. Who is this money for? How come Im not eligible? It pays more than EI does and I worked to pay for that, what is this fucking bullshit

When did you apply for EI? You can apply after your EI runs out, but it depends when you were out of work
