I would dismantle it desu but if I had to stick with it then it would be done the following way

>People can vote like they do now
>Ministers and leaders can only be people who have more than 3 children and done at least 4 years of military service as an officer
>Lobbyism in all its forms will be removed
>State funded media and actual free press will both exist
>Removal of foreign influence in politics

Democracy is inherently broken and I reject it on principle.

There is no saving democracy. Unless you have very stringent requirements on voting rights and political power but then it isn't really democracy
