Oden's wife, as that is what she is really so I'll address her as such, is totally barren of any kind of characterization and is just a baby factory and lazy deus ex machina. Her connection to the void century purely incidental and was just slap together to justify a reason for her being a time traveler.
Bland Whore, as that is what she is at the end of it all, is just as bland as Oden's wife. Her gig as a prostitute feels slapped together because again, Oda just wants to make pointless japanese references. You could've just introduced her as seen in the Kamazo shit and nothing would change. Making us wonder what the point was earlier. Her character doesn't improve, however, because after we're formally introduced to her, we get a shit princess character who's just a clone of her mother, Oden's wife. Yapping and delivering pointless exposition and offering nothing to the overall plot besides being another bland pretty face. Momonosuke to my shock is probably the most interesting of this whole shitty family as he experiences real growth and true pathos that carries him later in the story. He's still not good as he has failed to deliver any real agency and is just a princess character in shota form.
Back to the Beast Pirates, their threat level was compromised so Oda can sell us on shitty nippon stronk meme. Yet these samurai are whom we are fighting on behalf of.
I have no faith in the rest of the arc. What remains is just fight faggotry. Oda's never been good at fights besides a few, and even then they are usually the least interesting things in One Piece. What I'm going into is a war where I feel nothing for the characters Oda's tried to make me care about, and the ones I normally do like the Strawhats, I know will come out of this ok like every other arc, but Oda's fucked up in engaging them and me to this conflict. Fuck Wano and fuck all dicksuckers who can't admit Oda fucked up.

The Kozukis are crap characters ranging from Gary Stus to plot devices, and the fact that them and thier retainers are taking all of the spotlight makes the entire arc shitty since it's hard to give a fuck.
In 60 chapters, the only thaing that happened are Big Mom and Kaido allying, Luffy getting some training so he can reveal a new BS powerup later, and 80% of the rest was dedicated to exposition on how Wano and thr Kozukis are so brave and strong and tragic and on gathering fodder who we know will be irrelevant in the end.
Oda did fuck up, he wanted to write a grand story on Wano but can't because this grand story is just an arc in One Piece. Because of that he had to shove aside all the actual protagonists and give us a bunch of shitty reasons to care about Wano, by wanking it hard, making it the strongest, most relevant island where all the mysterious stuff like Sea Stone and Poneglyphs come from.
In the end that failed for me, and it's no wonder that all of the hype moments were during intermissions that did not happen in Wano and in the flashback when it focused on Roger and Whitebeard.

One Piece was, at least prior to the timeskip, an adventure series. There wasn't any real goal aside from the Straw Hats exploring every island they come across and then gaining a treasure or a reward for doing so.
Also before the timeskip, the Straw Hats as a group were much more unified and they each actually contributed their own weight to the story.
Now it's all about getting to the destination, not really the journey. Each arc post-timeskip is simply a means of getting Luffy closer and closer to stopping the Yonko and claiming One Piece for himself. It all goes down to X group controls Y island, and Luffy cooperates with Z allies to take them down. The goal is to stop a threat, not really to have fun. The Straw Hats are also not the focus anymore, as the majority of them take secondary notice to the major characters of each arc. For instance, on Dressrosa, people like Kyros and Rebecca are more important to the overall story than, say, Franky, Robin, or Zoro. Luffy is still the main character but it feels like his actual crew is not that important anymore.
There is also extreme flanderization with the main cast. Back then, the main characters all had quirks and personality traits, but they were defined by more than that. They each had something to bring to the table, and they were able to overcome adversity because they believed in themselves and in their friends. Now the Straw Hats are extremely flanderized, with people like Franky, Usopp, Sanji, and Zoro being treated the harshest of the bunch. The group is also much more tame and kid-friendly now. Compare Zoro pre-timeskip with that badass bandana and murderous eyes to the post-timeskip version, who is more or less just "there" (he barely even wears the bandana anymore and is more like a neutered Rayleigh clone than anything else).

This idea is largely bullshit. The overarching plot of what we've been getting post timeskip has largely been Alabasta but replace Shichibukai with Yonko. From pretty much the very start of the goal was to defeat Crocodile and help out the royal they met at the start, much like most of the goal post timeskip is to defeat Kaido and help out Momonosuke and the other samurai.
After the whole Alabasta saga we did open up a bit more and we didnt have a set path and we'll probably still be on railroads after Wano but that doesnt mean that we couldnt get a few surprises along the way.
The whole flanderization is a problem I'll agree with you there, but that comes down I think to Oda having trouble with the size of the main cast. I think that was also the main reason for him to split the crew apart for Dressrosa/WCI, to have less pieces to deal with at a given time. Because of setting up the whole grand fleet thing this worked out far better in WCI where each of the SHs there some pretty good spotlight even if they didnt have a "proper fight", Chopper got next to nothing, I weep for him.
Pretty sure that Oda has answered this with something along the lines of "he would eat the food himself".
I am hoping that we get some cool aerial battle panels out of these two.

Your takes on hyori are retarded, Even with little screen time she's shown a lot of character and agency. there's probably a lot more to her that we've yet to see. her role as a prostitute also adds a lot to her characterization, it speaks to her cunning and sacrifice to help the people of wano, she hasn't delivered any exposition other than giving zoro enma either, which is a smart decision on her part and probably important to her endgame. Only thing bland about her so far is her design when she's not komurasaki. I'm interested in seeing what her endgame is with along with kyoshiro (Her bitch slapping orochi was pretty cool too). But the malcontents of Yas Forums will speed read and call anything that has yet to be fully fleshed out slapped together and pointless and judge anything they don't like as offering nothing to the overall plot.
