Didn't know we sure liked that chicken, I guess its pretty much the budget beater meat here and inexpensive
Fact: if you're not from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Uruguay or USA your opinion on beef is irrelevant
most of our lamb comes from arab owned farms in australia. people here just eat chicken, pork, and beef.
All foodies know this well by know I thought?
I enjoy lamb, but if you never had it growing up the taste can be a tad overwhelming
Sheep and cattle grazing + agriculture in the US is kind of fucking weird. Back in the 1800's there was some kerfuffle between grazers and sheep lost out for the most part so they're just not that common.
I have both meat sheep and beef cattle on my place and frankly, our wooly friends are more fucking trouble than anyone needs in their life sometimes, but they sell for so much.
Shit opinion dude
it's one of the sweetest meat if you season it right
I'm surprised it never took off here. Why not raise sheep on land unsuitable for cattle?
how so? I would've assumed they'd be less of a hassle than cattle. Are they more prone to disease?
Sheep and Goats are plagues, they eat up anything and destroy wildlife and crops if they are not contained
