Post what you're looking for in feedback. Be specific if possible. GIVE feedback to GET feedback.
Post WIP's on Clyp.it or Vocaroo. DO NOT link to Soundclouds, Bandcamp, or YouTube - there are dedicated threads for posting them and anything resembling self promotion will result in bad feedback.
I dunno if Yas Forums already knows about it, but anyone looking to fiddle around with mixing some well known metal or hardcore bands there's a bunch of stems available from bands like Converge and Deafheaven at isolatecreate.netlify.app/
clyp.it/mb0a2guj Here's a version of Converge's "Aimless Arrow" I threw together with 13dB of dynamic range, compared to 4 on the album.

i sometimes put 5 neutron 3 plugins in a row and set the track assistant to detect a different intrument for each of them, i've lost the fuckin plot man

>tfw working on 10 entirely different songs at the same time >can't pick a genre or artistic direction to run with
These are the sorta vibe i've got with songs i'm working on: synthpop house ambient pop/jazz atmospheric drum and bass reggaeton/dancehall lofi hip hop/boom bap/plunderphonics
should I work on heaps of different shit or figure out one lane and run with it?

Neutron 3 looks wicked, is it worth it?
Ayden Howard
Could do elements of all those genres in all songs so they have a kind of uniform of 'they're all loads of things' rather than an album of songs that don't sound anything like each other. Synth pop / ambient / lofi stuff all work well together though anyway imo

i think so, but then again i kind of seek out the most incredulous and unintended ways to misuse the software i have, ive composed severel whole songs entirely within rx 7 or no other reason than "hey it will probably sound different than anything else out there" tldr: i like them, but i have no idea what i'm doing
