Where is the Jay Electronica album? I need something for the boomer in me

Back in 2009-2010, there was a big bidding war for Jay Electronica between Bad Boy (P Diddy's label) and Roc Nation (Jay-Z's label). Jay Electronica was looking like he was gonna blow up, his Eternal Sunshine mixtape got a lot of attention and then Exhibit A and Exhibit C were super fucking hot.
Then he pretty much dropped off the map, couldn't put together anything more than a random single every once in a while. Everyone kinda bought into his hype/mystique and let it slide and it just snowballed. He said that he had an album ready in 2011 but who knows; he also said that he was struggling with alcoholism and drugs for a while.
Honestly I wonder if Jay-Z was basically babysitting him on every track to try and get the album out, or if Jay Electronica only recorded like half an album of material.
Idk, I think he really squandered his career. Huge bummer too, because some of the stuff he put out was really incredible. Could have been the best of the decade if he managed to replicate the kind of stuff he was doing on Exhibit A and Exhibit C.

I wonder how old the songs on this album really are and you are probably right about Jay having to babysit him through every track which would explain why he's on 8 of the 9 songs on it From the way Erykah Badu talked about Electronica, she laughed at the thought of him ever releasing an album so I don't know if he squandered it. Didn't he also break up the marriage of some billionaire too? He was busy just not with making any music. There was a time with Exhibit C though, he could have been on top of this industry at that point.
