How to science? Before quarantine/pandemic these antibody tests didn't exist. Now the tests exist with varying level of accuracy. As a result they can go into the field to test. No peer review means they are preliminary findings. Usually no one pays attention to stuff like this its done quietly but since it's an emergency most groups rush to put out a preprinted with this caveat. Science usually takes a shit ton of time but this is what it looks like when rushed.

This is the Beauty of the American Political System, if the Congress/House/Senate were corrupt, the Presidency in all its powers could overrule them (to an extent) to stifle corrupt actions, throw out or accept good/bad bills,
Or likewise, if the Congress/House/Senate were good, being led by good people, yet Americans were manipulated and thus voted for a corrupt politician to be President, the Congress/House/Senate could also overrule said corrupt President
In the end however, it is We the People that decide what happens in our Country. Either through the vote, or if absolutely necessary, with the proper leadership and competency

Man I would never bother with costcos too many people belong there. The one near me is always fucking packed. I joined BJs instead and yeah its got a different bunch of stuff but all the staples I need are there and it's almost always not packed with people
