much of it is sources from Cina. they got hit real bad with the virus, eaarly on it seems the Virus was much deadlier but slowly evolved to be become less deadly as time went on as the less deadly strains keep hosts longer & can spread more readily.
tl;dr
Alot of our supply comes from China, factories are still closed, we might not be accepting freighships or their people or their cargo in the risk of having more mutated, possibly more deadly strains inside the country. there's a definite risk

Cause those seroprevalence studies are being peer reviewed, a really important step in figuring out the science user. They are talking about them though but the numbers are all over the place with many methodologies being called into question. We don't even know for sure if the presence of antibodies means immunity or even if it does, for how long. TO on the other hand is supposed to be back in full around July. So there's that.
