How to science? Before quarantine/pandemic these antibody tests didn't exist. Now the tests exist with varying level of accuracy. As a result they can go into the field to test. No peer review means they are preliminary findings. Usually no one pays attention to stuff like this its done quietly but since it's an emergency most groups rush to put out a preprinted with this caveat.
