Let's have a serious discussion about UFOs

>Coming and going from above 80000 feet without giving off any heat or making any noise does not qualify as extraordinary evidence of anything.
Ok, faggot. Your bias is showing.

Your narrative is that of a child. I am sceptical, therefore biased? Pscht.

I am biased towards things that are falsifiable, perhaps. Why would I assume otherwise. As far as we understand physics, travelling here from anywhere would take years, decades, centuries, millenia. Why would an alien species spend that much time in space just to come here and be vague about their presence? Even if it's drones, what's the utility here? Study? From where? It's a significant effort.

Now they may have technology that we don't have, in fact we can be pretty sure they do. But why would that technology be able to violate physics? I don't see a reason to think it would. Complexity does not undo physical limits.

I don't have a narrative. Narrative is when you are making stuff up. I'm going by what Commander Fravor showed to be objectively true. Claiming that I have a "narrative" here demonstrated your weak comprehension abilities. Buzz off. Grown ups are trying to talk about something serious. And quit ignoring objective evidence that doesn't fit your narrative of how the world works.

What the utility is, is exactly what we should be figuring out.

Good point good point. But it could just be boondoggles like the F35

If we are to take the evidence from the Nimitz incident, the speed of these crafts are many many magnitudes faster than the fasted of current tech. They hover silently over water and are about to move in all directions, going from 0 to ungodly speeds. Just review the testimony of CMDR Fravor and the Nimitz incident.
>And I don't because extraordinary claims must produce extraordinary evidence.
That's a meme. The evidence is clear. This is not man-made.

i do believe they're out there but how much evidence i believe, is slim. id have to see it with my own eyes first, simply because ive known animators who would create incredibly realistic looking real world renders of ufos as practice.

wouldn't be surprised to find out that one of the marsian theories is right or that animals such as octopus are from other planets. the marsian theory mentioned is that we have ancestors from there, the sun started getting hotter making it inhabitable so they sped up evolution on earth millions of years on earth {dinosaurs wiped, smaller intelligent animals come} and then eventually fucked their way into the homo genome and taught us about farming etc, which is why we have a 25 hour {mars day} body clock. but also because to farm you need a healthy seed, healthy land and a good harvesting cycle and to live there. when we was all nomads, why would random tribes stay in one area after planting, observe/remember the planting and realise that the seed grew shit if they wasn't told previously. then we've got god's who was before arabic religions, considered real physical beings that people could see. that looked like modern humans and was considered angels in the modern term, for how gently they glided to the ground. how the greeks had a mountain top that the gods sat upon yet no one went up and returned to tell the tale, likely a good landing spot where you can be secluded, observe the population and have the high ground against any threats.

but i also think it all could be a confidence and that life truly is rare.

lol you have nothing. There is no version of science anywhere on this planet that would accept any of that as evidence. You fucking loser. All you have is a claim and a video.

Have you reviewed the Nimitz Incident?

If we had the video of the f35 boondoggle, a skeptical expert or even an intelligent objective observer could pick that shit apart. The tic tac video is the opposite of that. There is no obvious explanation of how that shit is man made or a hoax, and you have a supposedly objective expert explaining what you are seeing, and how to tell that what he says you are seeing is in fact what you are seeing.

That is a huge leap of logic. Provided it's not false accords, and that is an assumption in and of itself, then the objects doing things which is beyond yours and mine ability to explain does not mean it is extraterrestrial. Going from "doing things I can't explain" to "therefore made by aliens" is a leap of logic. Again, provided it's not falsified material, we don't know its origin. What makes you think it travelled from a different planet, to hear? Even if it does demonstrate unexpected traits, unless we actually saw it leave earth and come back, then any conclusion towards it being extraterrestrial is premature.
