not effective. would kill the fungus but it cannot reach it. the likely mechanism of action of
terbinafine is to block the production of an enzyme by the fungus that it needs to break down peroxide. Without it, the fungus is slowly poisoned. it can be a little rough on some people's liver. they do a full panel one month into treatment to check. don't stop until you are totally clear. physicians tend to think that a three month course is enough. if you have a large big toe nail, you might need an extra month.

Wish you the best. And don't worry, i saw way worse nails, but before you decide to treat it yourself like said, listen to medfags like aswell. No matter what, only a doc will give you the recipes to get it off fully without just stopping it from spreading.
