By having really bad genetics.

I'm pretty fat too because of bad genetics (my dad is very fat but my mom is very thin, i got it from my dad...).

I tried to lose weight for 2 months but i quit because it just doesn't work when your body is naturally fat.

It sucks but oh well, i can't do anything about it so i might aswell eat whatever i can lol.

No such thing as naturally fat from genetics you get fat by what you eat and this girl clearly had no portion control nor did her parents give a crap what she ate

I started getting fatter and fatter during my teenage years. It gotten worse during a depression when i was 22 (okay i ate a lot due to depression which was caued by me being fat).

But guess what, i can't lose weight no matter what i try. I can't lose the fat i gained during the depression.
I tried for 2 months (twice a week) at the gym and nothing to show for it so i quit and i accepted my genetics.

So stop pretending fat is a choice or that people are "lazy" because we're not.

So fucking tired of fat shaming.

As i said, i hit the gym twice a week for a whole 2 months and i didn't lose shit.

I was a fat boy all my life and i was at 265 at my highest and ive been going to the gym 6 days a week and dieting and im down to 215 now so it is entirely to do with food. people just dont look at nutritional facts and calories and slam back a large pizza like it is nothing if you spent 22 years getting fatter and fatter you think you can just work out for 2 months and magically wind back 22 years???

Exactly this you have to figure out your BMR and if you are eating over that amount by lets say 1000 calories guess what you are gonna gain like 2 pounds a week

It really is not difficult before you deep dive into trying to lose weight educate yourself first about how to lose weight the internet is endless free knowledge and if you dont well you are just gonna be running in one spot and thinking you deserve a mc donalds meal after going to the gym

I went from 120 kilos to 69, it is possible you just really have to put in the work.

In my case it was a mother who didn't give a shit and knew nothing about nutrition. Gave me trash food to eat all day.
I was well over 300 pounds at my heaviest. I have since lost all the weight after realizing how retarded it all was.
I'm left with shitty sagging skin that hinders just about every aspect of my physical life, and has had a significant impact on my mental health.

Different body types. For the style aware put here there are slim people, medium size people and people on the heavier side naturally. Some just accumulate weight easier and through the ages these people have probably outlived the others because their ability to make the most out of any meal.

As a sidenote to this, losing the weight was pretty simple and an enjoyable process if you have the willpower. I got outside and walked, didn't eat a stupid amount of food, and just drank water.
And even with loose skin I feel so much better than I ever did while fat

Bin fat all my live last year I got super serious about dropping some ponds I starved and put 2 hours in at a gym ever day and dropped 60 ponds in the year it was the hardest thing iv ever done I'm fucking pissed off that I can't do to much now with the virus thing going on it took a fucking painful amount of time to change all of my life habits and it's staring to go back in the shiter again it can be vary hard for some people ware it can be easy for other

I honestly don't know exactly how much I weigh since I don't have a scale atm. But i'm 6'5'' and probably around 195. Trying to work on building muscle now, which has been much more work than losing weight
