I expose the espionage network's within Germany that prevented NAZI victories.
In particular Wilhelm Canaris the head of the Abwehr (German military intelligence.) Exposing or assassination of Canaris alone would've altered the course of the war in several ways, most notably the misinformation that delayed operation Barbarossa. Stalin fully believed in Hitler's word, and dismissed repeated reports of NAZI forces preparing to invade the Soviet Union.
The only alternative Canaris could think of that would work if Stalin wouldn't listen was delaying the inevitable so that the Warmacht would get mired down over the winter. You don't need to reach Hitler to change history.. just know who already altered history; and remove them.
