Dude those test are all over the place most people who were tested are already sick af. most of the population experiance it as a flue and were never tested.

It broke through 5% about 2 weeks ago and is climbing ever so steady. About 1% a week

Indonesia is starting to go wild now although their reporting is third world

That is IF the number of confirmed cases is the TOTAL number of cases (Pro Tip: It isn't)
The mortality rate is probably still around 1% if not lower......

Mortality is deaths/(deaths+recovered) not deaths over confirmed cases. However several factors make this a crap shoot right now..

Shortage of widespread testing: many more recoveries than reported and many deaths unreported (not enough tests to test corpses)

Time lag of data: difficult to get real time measurements, must look historically after cases have recovered

Which if you apply the exact same logic to the yearly flu viruses, coronviris is still more deadly. Nice try tho

And varying degrees of government transparency.
