No what I'm saying is that I think if individuals stop tipping you're not going to change the service industry at all, you're just fucking over the workers.
Sounds like we both agree it sucks. I also don't spend time on thinking of solutions to this haha. Really there are two sides, right? You tip, knowing you're propagating tipping, but paying the worker. Or you don't tip, fucking over the worker without really changing the system. I tip because I think it's unrealistic to expect enough people to stop tipping to push policy-makers to change the industry.
