Yeah, mostly pimples located where elastic band of boxers is located. But there are single pimples in different areas, like closer to leg, and on closer to dick.
Wiki says that there should be some sort of liquid inside like pus, but there's non. If I damage it - it just bleeds.

I wash myself every 3 days and I use chlorhexidine on this area 2-3 times a day. It's not a line of dirt, it's line of elasting band of boxers.
