divorcefag here. this is very good advice. in fact, there's a lot of good advice ITT. any assets you try to move immediately prior to filing will be discovered and the judge will see you as being a dirtbag and give her everything. if you do it a year before, you're in pretty good shape. better yet, pay an attorney for an hour to discuss this and make your plans.
