I recommend Four Roses bourbon and Slane Irish based upon that shelf.
If you like Alberta Premium, you should definitely try Windsor.
Bourbon is made from corn and isn't peated like Scotch. Frankly, Irish blows them both out of the water.
Dew is the best universally available bottle ever, and hits well above its price class.
