I'm doing it for the knee, I've developed some tendinitis. Lots of leg day stuff, but I'm seeing improvement for it.
All this coffee talk is making me want coffee.
Good Morning user
My little fat boy if anyone cares.
Thanks guys. Im determined to give him the best life possible. I never have been around kids, never really wanted one, but I love him more than anything. It's a weird feeling, hard to explain I guess unless you're a loving parent. Or maybe I just never felt a love like this because of my childhood.
D'aw, nice.
>some honnies work too
i've not tried honey. thanks man i will try that.
you got dubs twice.
today is your lucky day.
>Remember user, the biggest legacy you can leave behind is a son. Treat him right, be strong yet caring, be strict yet understandable.
>A man is only as good as the children he raises
good advice.
i feel you.
i run alot, and i'm always concerned about my knees wearing away too.
he's handsome. kewl bro.
feel you bro.
you take your fatherhood seriously. we understand.
Take care of them, running is a good way to keep them in working shape. For me it was kneeling down. I'm a mechanic, and the concrete floors in the shop finally took their toll. I've learned to toss down a fender cover to use for a bit of padding when I've gotta get down.
Cute kid, good luck bringin him up. You seem to be dedicated and passionate about him, I'm sure you'll do well.
damn.
became expert on cars.
had to sacrifice knees.
damn bro.
at least you can fix cars tho. I always wish I had those type of skills. or at least knew how to change my own oil.

nice coffee user is nice.
Thanks, he is my little handsome son! Or, big handsome son, he wears 12 to 18 month clothes already. His little feet take up only half the room in his sleepers but the rest of hook fits perfectly in the big clothes.
Thank you. I'll definitely give it my all to make him happy, and live a good life.
want more kids?
if so another boy or a girl ?
Well the doc said they're not fallin off yet, so I figure there's still some hope of saving the bad one. I'm honestly just glad I don't need surgery. Oil change is easy, there's a lil bolt on the bottom of the engine (pic related), take it off and let the oil drain into something, put it back on and put new oil in the top end. Hardest part is making sure you didn't pull the bolt for the transmission oil, if the fluid is red then put the bolt back on quick.
Coffee always puts me in a good mood, and you ain't always gotta be a dick on the internet.
