I want to elude the quarantine to play tekken with some friends. I live in sardegna where the virus hasn't spread but due to the new laws valid in the whole county, if I get out and get caught they would report me and I'd be regarded as a criminal offender. It won't hurt anybody and I believe that, considering where I live, the penalty of "responsible for plague spreading" is excessive and unfair.
The only reasons I'm allowed to go out regard health and commodity. If I'm going to the hospital cops would ask for a proof but if I'm going to the supermarket I can give a pre-compiled justification with which I'm good to go unless it is evident I'm not going there ( e.g I'm miles away from my home).
My firend's house is 3.8 km (2.3 miles) away from mine, there's a bus connection which would be the fastest way to get there. I can justify easily my leaving if I'm around my house but not sure what would be the best move if I'm caught in my friend's neighbourhood. What can I do?
