Best way to deal with this is to 1) Out-produce the people who are trying to shit on you to the point where they depend on you being the hardest worker on the team and then 2) Find another job. When you turn in your two weeks, dont be a tool or a fag, just say that you found another job that and explain that this job is challenging for you anymore. If your boss counters with a change in positions or a pay raise, counter back that you need assurance that they are going to step up and be a leader. If your boss is a bitch about it, then you walk away and make more money. If you boss steps up, then keep working for them. Reward their leadership with productivity.
When you go off and sperg out on the job, people can start seeing you as annoying, and not a team player. Showing that you are a team player and that you are commited to the crew is a good way to get on peoples good side. Physical violence only really works on construction teams, and in an office environment people may try to goad you into attacking so they can get you fired.
