Lol this was something I asked people when I got to prison, if this was an actual thing. It´s not. And I have dropped my soap before and just picked it up.

I was in confinement for three weeks once because, ironically, the officers found a knife that was hidden inside the tract of my door. But I never got a disciplinary report for it, as they couldn´t prove it was mine. In confinement, you get regular food, by the way. You only get the loaf if you act extra stupid.

Not often. At least not in my state. But it also depends what camp you´re doing time in. The camp I did time in was a little mellow. But I had a friend who was raped and it would happen now and then. Most of the time that stuff went unreported, for obvious reasons.
