Those take about a decade in between each peak, so we should see temperature increase/decreases in a reoccuring 10 year cycle, but the average temperature has been increasing every decade because in correlates much stronger with greenhouse gases in the atmosphere instead of sun activity

It gets cold but then warms up but then it gets cold again then it rains but if it gets really cold it snows. Sometimes it gets warm for several months but then gets cold for several months.
