Sometimes I get hard browsing threads like this or stuff on /gif/.
Then I go to rule34hentai, log in and search for animated. I scroll through all the new stuff, skipping most of it. I usually click on Overwatch, Marie Rose, Yordles if I see them, Nier, LoZ, whatever looks good.
Once caught up I go to sankaku and look up futa. I like about 2% of futa, so I skip through a ton of shit. I then do the same with intersex -futa, taker_pov and female_pov (this one is almost never good) just to make sure my bases are covered. Futa gets me rock hard, but it's terrible to finish to.
I then do furry -futa, trap -furry, fellatio -trap and loli -fellatio. I keep doing the minuses to remove the last thing I searched for in an attempt to keep the shit I have to sift through low. Furry is rarely good. Fellatio and loli are so ubiquitous and stimulating that I save them for last so it takes something really good to grab my attention. If I feel unfulfilled, I'll also search for any of the following: stealth_sex, stealth_fellatio, pegging, goblin, shortstack, under_table or specific characters/series I like.
Then I go to sadpanda. I check out any interesting doujins on the front page, then whatever's new under furry (almost nothing good ever), futa_on_male (sometimes a couple), yaoi trap/shota/crossdressing (all three to cover my bases, I stopped doing this on sankaku because it took too long), and finally loli (usually have multiple pages of new stuff, how much I go through depends how close to blowing I am).
I then look up whatever my favorite thing was and finish to it. Sometimes, I choose to finish to a cute girl I just discovered or something like that, instead.
