yea it is what it is, I always get stuff posted and it says the postage price on the postmark which is usually less than what i paid for postage.
I always include p+p and include it with my 'total' price anyway. Maybe the seller just averages it, some books will be bigger/heavier etc. And if they use the eBay label postage thing then they probably add a bit to the postage to make up for the cost of doing that.

But then I sell books from 99p - 5 quid.
