why pick immortality instead of regeneration? you don't live forever if you can just regenerate but at least your life won't be shit if you get in 1 bad accident

Immortality and regeneration would be useful if you're ambitious, but also a great way to come upon a terrible fate.
Immutability will give you all the pros of the two combined, plus you won't be hurt if you get captured by scientists/get burried/escape Earth's orbit. The downside is you'll either be retarded or have anhedonia for all eternity.
Nirvana is the correct choice because not only will you live forever and be untouchable, you'll also get to experience literally all of life's wonders. You'll also feel all the suffering in the world, but it will be tolerable.
