if you can regenerate your pain won't last very long. if you're immortal and lose a limb you won't feel pain but it'll be gone

Immortality and regeneration would be useful if you're ambitious, but also a great way to come upon a terrible fate.
Immutability will give you all the pros of the two combined, plus you won't be hurt if you get captured by scientists/get burried/escape Earth's orbit. The downside is you'll either be retarded or have anhedonia for all eternity.
Nirvana is the correct choice because not only will you live forever and be untouchable, you'll also get to experience literally all of life's wonders. You'll also feel all the suffering in the world, but it will be tolerable.

time control is better than mind control imo. more versatile and you dont need people around who may or may not be aware of your mind control after it wears off.

Maybe being indestructible or immortal, or maybe both. That would be my choice too. Although it matters how does it work, if it wears off and the victim realizes it then it isn't that useful. Would be great for gf reasons but I'm terrified in social situations what other people think. That way I would know and could tell them to think good things about me.
