work out a lot like 2 hours in 2 days with 5 min. breaks in between hours. Do mostly cardio and calisthenics, do something heavy like kickboxing cardio etc. you'd want to eat way more and still lose weight. If you don't want to work that much do 1 hours each day but minimize your portions. Like eat 3/4 of what you are eating right now.

I unironically lost a shitload of weight by telling my mom to buy me stuff like canned spinach. Even though it's all cooked down so it's not a sparse as a salad, there are still virtually no calories in vegetables like that.
Also eat more eggs because protein is highly thermogenic.
combine stuff like that with some regular vigorous exercise and your body will look the way it's supposed to

Lifting builds muscle mass which is as good as losing weight, and increases your ability to burn fat. There is no reason why you shouldn't lift in addition to cardio, ever. Shut up with that ignorant shit.
