Why aren't you working out user?

>motivate myself 10 years ago and decide to start doing push ups
>can't do 10
>increase rapidly to 30
>stagnate at 30 for years
>one day I notice I'm a fucking pussy
>start increasing again and eventually reach 120 after years
>8 years since the beginning I notice my body still looks like shit
>decide to abandon daily 1*120 to try series
>try 8*30+max every 2 days
>get visible results after only 2 weeks
Don't waste time like I did bros and start with the correct exercise. And let your body rest, don't feel like shit because you missed a day.

I did 100 pushups, situps, squats and ran daily for about 70 days straight and noticed very little gains although my body felt a lot better physically. My diet was poor (not enough caloric intake) and after a point it becomes second nature and stops challenging you, it's a meme. Get a weight set and start progressively going up anons, it's the way to go.

I've been doing pushups for like 2 months and I'm stagnating at how many I can do per set. I can't do more than 20, maaaybe 25 on my first set. I generally do 80 to 100 per day.

I also have a dumbell set that goes up to 40lbs each. But I don't really know what to do with them besides curls.

That's what I am doing

biceps aren't the only things you can exercise. You can use dumbells for squats, lunges, bench presses, tons of tricep exercises and even situps

working out aint gonna get rid of a potbelly. cant outrun a bad diet, user. but you will get strong and actually have some muscle, so it's still optimal.

>working out aint gonna get rid of a potbelly
doing situps and maintaining caloric deficit will
>can't outrun a bad diet
actually yes you can, just burn more calories than you've eaten
that extra slice of cake costs 2 extra miles of running

I'm fit and single :)

Ladies watch out he's single y'all
