There are tons of bodyweight training programs for beginners that you can find with a quick google search. The 100 pushup program is a great starter although there are tons of other ones online.

It's too hard and not worthwhile

I am getting back into lifting
I was skinnyfat tfwnogf nigger then i obtained a Z fighter body and got a qt asian gf, who eventually cheated on me and all motivation to lift was gone for a few years
but now all I want to do is use One For All, so my body has to be tough enough to handle it when I get it

How can I choose the best one for me? What factors should I take into account?

what is your goal? lose fat? gain muscle? get strong?
how often are you willing to work out? how often are you able to work out?
do you want to get a gym membership or build a home gym?
etc

current plan is to diet, take two walks a day and stand as much as possible instead of sitting until I achieve a healthy BMI

Too much effort + slight fear of fucking up my joints because of bad form.
Used to lift: did so for 6 months, but honestly I don't really like the body it gave me. I almost wish I could get rid of my muscles, but eh whatever.
Also, if someone's goal is to lose fat, all they have to do is just cut ALL sugar from their food. By doing this, you start seeing big results a month in.

I cannot go out and have little money with almost 0 chances of getting a job.
I am a lanklet, but no so terribly out of form, because I went jogging sometimes. My goal would be to gain a little muscle, have a decent amount of strenght, and not run of breath for when(if) I play indoor football.
I have at my disposition an abs exercise wheel, a jump rope, a pair of dumbbells, a pair of 1.5kg weights, a pair of 2.5kg weights and a resistance band.
I am willing to work out as much as neccessary, to see how often I am able to work out I would have to try first, but I imagine it would be around 4 days a week?
