Since you have nothing else to do anyways, this quarantine is a great opportunity to start churning your fat blubbery potbelly into a lean and chisseled pussy pounding machine.
There are tons of bodyweight training programs for beginners that you can find with a quick google search. The 100 pushup program is a great starter although there are tons of other ones online. Why are you still reading this? Get off your fat greasy faggot ass, clean up your cumstains and find a way to improve yourself this quarantine; if my pussy coomer brain that's too scared to make eye contact with girls can commit to this you can too.
I am getting back into lifting I was skinnyfat tfwnogf nigger then i obtained a Z fighter body and got a qt asian gf, who eventually cheated on me and all motivation to lift was gone for a few years but now all I want to do is use One For All, so my body has to be tough enough to handle it when I get it
Jayden James
How can I choose the best one for me? What factors should I take into account?
Jason Carter
what is your goal? lose fat? gain muscle? get strong? how often are you willing to work out? how often are you able to work out? do you want to get a gym membership or build a home gym? etc
Brandon Gomez
current plan is to diet, take two walks a day and stand as much as possible instead of sitting until I achieve a healthy BMI
Camden Barnes
Too much effort + slight fear of fucking up my joints because of bad form. Used to lift: did so for 6 months, but honestly I don't really like the body it gave me. I almost wish I could get rid of my muscles, but eh whatever. Also, if someone's goal is to lose fat, all they have to do is just cut ALL sugar from their food. By doing this, you start seeing big results a month in.
Daniel Gonzalez
Because age will eventually destroy all that shit. Is pointless for me.
Henry Jackson
I cannot go out and have little money with almost 0 chances of getting a job. I am a lanklet, but no so terribly out of form, because I went jogging sometimes. My goal would be to gain a little muscle, have a decent amount of strenght, and not run of breath for when(if) I play indoor football. I have at my disposition an abs exercise wheel, a jump rope, a pair of dumbbells, a pair of 1.5kg weights, a pair of 2.5kg weights and a resistance band. I am willing to work out as much as neccessary, to see how often I am able to work out I would have to try first, but I imagine it would be around 4 days a week?
Alexander Green
then stop posting and start exercising
Jason Flores
thats what im doing bro trying to get super fit and then when quarantine ends act like i always looked like that

I have been working out, I started a home gym recently and started the Strong Lifts program on Monday. I'm able to bench 125lbs right now, squat 55lbs, deadlift 95lbs. I'm planning on adding 2.5-5lbs each time I exercise using the program, I'm trying to eat around 3k cals a day of lean protein. We're gonna make it.
>benches almost 1pl8 but squats slightly more than the bar and deadlifts the program starter weight. >3000 cals of protein lol
Eli Lewis
>3000 calories of protein what the fuck
Kevin Taylor
You are right, will do.
Jaxson Robinson
>started on Monday >benching 125 lbs it took me months to get to that point
Joseph Green
I have tried to start working out at home, with the idea that if I was constant I would consider going to a gym. But I never go past a week, I don't fing it rewarding and have others things to have myself occupied
Owen Howard
I can squat and deadlift more but I'm focusing on proper form, it won't take long at all. My bad also, I didn't mean to say I was eating 3000 calories of pure protein lol just that I'm aiming for 3000 calories a day. I have a decent balance of fat/protein/carb, I aim for 160g of protein a day.
Jack Davis
Also, I didn't start benching on Monday. I started the Strong Lifts program on Monday, before then I overly focused on benching. I started at 80lbs, barely squatted or deadlifted.
Jose Phillips
Did it for many years, it didnt improve my confidence (the constant thoughts of "you are still short", "this isnt making your penis bigger" and the classic "you are still ugly" were still there), females didnt treat me any differently (and felt like the kind of girl I actually wanted felt more uncomfortable with that kind of body) and was just a waste of time in general.
Unless you actually enjoy doing it or the culture of your gym is worth it, just save yourself time and dont do it.
Noah Flores
>motivate myself 10 years ago and decide to start doing push ups >can't do 10 >increase rapidly to 30 >stagnate at 30 for years >one day I notice I'm a fucking pussy >start increasing again and eventually reach 120 after years >8 years since the beginning I notice my body still looks like shit >decide to abandon daily 1*120 to try series >try 8*30+max every 2 days >get visible results after only 2 weeks Don't waste time like I did bros and start with the correct exercise. And let your body rest, don't feel like shit because you missed a day.
I did 100 pushups, situps, squats and ran daily for about 70 days straight and noticed very little gains although my body felt a lot better physically. My diet was poor (not enough caloric intake) and after a point it becomes second nature and stops challenging you, it's a meme. Get a weight set and start progressively going up anons, it's the way to go.
Matthew Stewart
I've been doing pushups for like 2 months and I'm stagnating at how many I can do per set. I can't do more than 20, maaaybe 25 on my first set. I generally do 80 to 100 per day.
I also have a dumbell set that goes up to 40lbs each. But I don't really know what to do with them besides curls.
Wyatt Jones
That's what I am doing
Ian Young
biceps aren't the only things you can exercise. You can use dumbells for squats, lunges, bench presses, tons of tricep exercises and even situps
Jason Young
working out aint gonna get rid of a potbelly. cant outrun a bad diet, user. but you will get strong and actually have some muscle, so it's still optimal.
James Sullivan
>working out aint gonna get rid of a potbelly doing situps and maintaining caloric deficit will >can't outrun a bad diet actually yes you can, just burn more calories than you've eaten that extra slice of cake costs 2 extra miles of running
Thomas Bailey
I'm fit and single :)
Brandon Campbell
Ladies watch out he's single y'all
Liam Wright

Nathaniel Smith
