My team at work are all yes men. Stupid cunts. The company is changing our role, we changed six months ago, but we were already in the process of agreeing a new pay plan but hasn't concluded.
This new role will supersede this. I feel the company hasn't got its head screwed on just making decisions on a whim.
I was saying in our work Skype chat that it's typical they are changing it before the last changes were even finalised. We will be shafted for more work and no real increase in pay twice in a row.
