How much sleep do you get anons?

Broken up sleep for years. My nose/sinus always swells shut when sleeping so i'll end up snoring and waking up multiple times during the night.

could it be sleep apnea?

8-9 hours is my regular.

4-7 hours

This much sleep.

how do you function on 4 hours? some people seem to take it better than others?

I've actually been sleeping at more normal hours since a week now! It seems like I still feel tired easily, though...

When I did work, I often slept in the parking lot because my sleep schedule didnt permit me to sleep or give me time to drive home or I wouldnt be physically capable of driving home safely and id just go to work endlessly with rotating shifts. Id usually go 2-3 days without sleep at a time. My sleeping schedule shifts forward about 2 hours every day, then holds and gets stuck, or fluctuates wildly especially if i have to stay awake to do normal human hour activities. Ive applied for disability but I didnt get it.
example heres my sleep data:

wakeup-gotobed
12:30am - 10:30pm
4:30am - 5pm
2:30am - 6pm
4am - 8:30pm
5:30am - 10pm

4:30am Then I stayed awake for 42 hours worth of time - 8:30pm
8am - 12am
7am - 12am
7am - 1:30am
10am - 12:30am
10am - 1am
10am - 2am
12pm - 6am
12pm - 4am
12pm - 3am
2pm - 6am
12pm - 7am
1pm - 6:30am
3:30pm - 7am
3pm - 9am
5pm - 10am
6pm - 1pm
8pm - 12 am
6:30pm - 1pm
10pm -12pm

that sounds pretty crazy. does it effect your health?

3-4 hours a night. Have been like this since I was 15.
