Sounds like you're suffering because the internal pedestal you've put yourself on (real or imaginary) over the rest of the populace isn't congruent with the external reality of your situation.
It seems counterintuitive, but maybe try taking part in an activity that completely humbles you before others (jiu jitsu, rock climbing, etc.) in order to help normalize that delta between internal and external perceptions.

The weird thing is if you take that number after subtracting it from the normal white male cranial capacity (which is 1453) and compare it to the west african cranial capacity (which is 1339), and multiply the end result by 20, you get the number 41.4

You missed the part where you're referencing 19th century phrenology as a valid form of science while I am using data based, peer-reviewed psychiatric guidelines.
You said in your original post that you are unhappy with the way that you are and wish to change that. The first step in doing so is recognizing that the way you are is not mentally healthy and a lot of that might stem from an incorrect internal perception of yourself and you interact with reality. If you really are as smart as you say you are, follow the link I posted and present a compelling argument discounting my diagnosis.
