Hip to waist ratio is fine but what said is 100% correct. The weird indentations you did at the sides and at the thigh literally don't exist, at least not in this way. I'm not sure what you took reference from on that. You've treated the body as if it was a sausage stuffed into a human shaped stocking. Might work with fat women, but if drawing anyone thinner than morbidly obese there's a skeleton and for example hipbones to keep in mind. The shading itself is very nice but it doesn't fit the body. It's an obese woman's fat on a slender figure with the muscles of a gym bunny. Treat it all as belonging to one, think about why you're drawing each aspect of the picture. If the line is thinner on one side, why is it thinner? Is it because that part is further away from the viewer? Likewise, if you're shading one area, why are you shading it in that particular way? Is that how the light is hitting? If your figure muscular/fat/thin?
I'd recommend lots and lots of studies and taking reference from the real life equivalent of what you're drawing. Think about how exactly every single part of the human body connects and how it would be able to move around. What even let's it move around in the first place? What systems are in place behind the skin to make it mobile? etc.
That being said, all in all, for two weeks that's absolutely incredible and borderline unbelievable, don't let yourself be discouraged if I came off as too harsh. Keep it up OP!

I don't think there is an issue here. You are comparing very different body types. Some women have more fatty bumps. That girl on the right is skinny and so you can't really say that the left has an anatomical fault. You need to find a picture of a similar body fat, at a similar angle, then you can point out discrepancies
