Isn't kind of a pain in the ass having to go back to the bathroom to brush your teeth after you were already there shaving and taking a shower though?

take gastritis medicine
check social media
check Yas Forums and q up some threads to read
message people to try keep a conversation going throughout the day
eat some breakfast/take vitamins
think about if i wanna watch anime or play vidya today
take a melatonin to keep myself sleepy and ward off anxiety all day

Ideals:
>Morning Routine on a weekday: Short run, abs, lats, push ups. Take vitamins and 2.5 g of creatine before exercising. Use lotion on arms and face.
>Midden Routine: Eat eggs or bread or fish. Take vitamins. If no run in the morning, long run in the afternoon/evening with lunges.
>Evening Routine: Similar to morning routine except it includes biceps and triceps instead of the other exercises. Take more vitamins, 5-10 g of creatine, lotion, etc.

Showers are in the morning if no morning workout, and once each time after a workout. Sundays are different. I just do whatever the fuck I feel like and sleep in. I didn't wake up until 12 today. I still took vitamins and creatine though. Coffee is a huge supplemental for focus since I'm in school and enjoy mental activities.

> More classes from 4pm to 7pm
> 7pm to 9pm gym time
> 9:30 pm im at home
> 11pm, fap then sleep
> REPEAT until weekend

Well its typically wake up and drink when im off the rails

For the last few weeks its been

>do 20 mins on exercise bike watching a tv show (silicon valley atm)
>have a shower
>READY TO GO

I cannot emphasise enough how beneficial the exercise and healthy breakfast has been every morning. Its not really a protein shake but more of a porridge type meal
