Managed to get some dumbells and a barbell from sportsdirect recently. Got a weight bench in the post but it takes fucking ages to be delivered.
Also some resistance tubes from china in the bag.
In better shape now than i was when the gym was open im tempted to cancel my membership completely.

Just to add, the shit on sportsdirect is pretty cheap. Was able to get two 15kg dumbells for £35 and a barbell with 50kg plates for £85. Been combining the plates to get 2x 27.5kg on dumbells which is nice.
You just need to check the website once an hour or so as stock is up and then gone again in minutes.

The plates that came with the barbell are fucking lush, but the dumbell ones are cancer. Feels like theyre just filled with sand. Managed to nab the bench for like £90 (comes with a barbell and some plates) but max load is 70kg which is fuckin bants.
EZ bar workout looks alright mate fair play.
Feel like pure shit just want the squat rack back.
