So has anyone ever tried to eat 4-5 dozen eggs like Gaston or is it bullshit? I'd assume it'd be Keto and OMAD if that's all he ate.

1 dozen eggs is managable on a keto diet under 1700 calories a day.
3 dozen, if that's all you ate would be around 2500Cal, he drank and hunted implying he also ate meat so eggs weren't the entirety of his diet.

Again, you're worrying about things that will affect your health outcomes by fractions of fractions of a percent. If you're lean, training and don't have actual genetic disorders (like REAL diabetes) then you should have a balanced diet favouring carbs (based on your activity level)

take both but eat lots of fibre and drink lots of water to ensure you don't get excess mucus in stool. Have the same issue and I usually eat fat with not a lot of fibre and water to assist the bowel movement. Constipation is linked with it too.
