Do tons of pull-ups. Seriously, they build your upper body like nothing else. A wider back means wider shoulders. Your shoulders get worked a ton with pull-ups too, and it’s the best core exercise in existence (measured).

Definitely, chin ups allow you to activate your biceps more. Pull ups will force you to use your lats to a greater extent, and are considered harder
