Why is this entire board pretending like the gym is still open? I've only been using my home elliptical and sauna. Gains are slipping away but everyone here is lying about being the same position.

16kg swings with 1 arm that would require more strength than doing 24kg swings with both arms is that correct? Different user. Invested in a 24kg. Only KBell I'll own so this is just meager curiosity.
I bought myself a 30kg kettlebell as a KB noob because I thought the KB is basically just a dumbbell
the point of balance is way off and now I just have it laying around because I can't really get accustomed to KBs with lighter ones

i have a home gym and had it before all this started, but man it's tough to take it seriously. also my ceiling is way short so anything overhead has to be seated, and i have no pullup bar (also due to height). been putting my barbelll on the top rack posts and doing pullups that way but it barely works. maintaining squat and bench, is somewhat easier. eating has gone completely to shit; i'm probably not going to make it lads.
