Also i just starting doing 9x10 1x20 once a week started at 135 and been upping it 10lbs per week, going for 155 Thursday

Heavy Squats are the one thing I can't replace at home. I miss loading up some heavy weight and feeling that fully body training effect.

Lifted for a year then took a long break because of mental health issues, but I'm working my way back to baseline right now, strength and weight wise. All that said though, I'm only at 135x5 atm

If you're going reasonably heavy or setting PRs regularly, twice a week is plenty

i dunno man, theres nothing really to be ashamed of, everyone gets a different lot in life. You've put the time in to overcome some real issues, I feel like that should be nothing but prideful, but I know the psychology of it is more messy.
