Ramadan has been going well for me. I have never prayed 5 times a day before of my own free will but it feels pretty good, i don't know... also for the first time I'm actually complying with every fast, haven't missed one which I usually do within the first 3 days so that's also good. I used to be impartial to my religion and probably will be when this is over but right now I'm genuinely having fun. Salam, brother.
yeah the relationship is different, but we do recognize him as an important individual in the history of Islam and respect him as such, just not as the son of God himself. It's going alright, cant lost as intense but its helping me get a bit more conditioned. Sleep is really good as well lately thank God.
Best way to stretch or warm up is praying in my opinion, the different stations of prayer really do help with blood flow!
