I can curl that for 50 reps and I look beyond dyel as fuck. Is this real?
yes I can curl a 60 pound dumbbell
Above, but that's after two years of training.
Also you didn't say how many reps.
50?
idk user if you're truly dyel I think you might be underestimating that challenge. You might pull it off but your arm will not be happy about it.
Above master race
52 for 3x5 master race repotting in
20s for me
I can do 25 for 10 before my biceps start slowing down to a snail's pace. This is bad, but why is it like this? is it just genetics + a sedentary lifestyle? I have been casually "hitting the gym" for around 2 hours daily for 4 months before quarantine. 20 mins of that hour was dedicated to cardio since I was on the tubby side, not really anymore but I'd still like to get leaner, until I can see my leg muscles and I have 0 gut fat. Despite this I feel my level is below that of a first time newbie. I would eat properly back in the gym days, making sure to eat a carb heavy breakfast before going to the gym. What did I do wrong so that I don't make the same mistake when the gyms open up?
this has to be bait or most adult males look like your typical basedboy
Keep working and you'll get better, unbelieveable, huh? 25lb curls are not bad
For two reps? For three? Lol. Get back to me when the average adult male curls 35lb dbs for 3x12 at the end of their back workout
Most modern men look like based boys user from the niggers in the south to the crackers in the north, the mutts in the west to the chinks in the east
this can't be right, I do it with that weight and I am a twink, I can't be above average
what is your tempo?
nice strong contraction on the way up, slow and controlled on the way down. add some isometrics too at the end of your sets.
one foot in from of the other user. you will get there in no time.
>and I am a twink
what? I really don't get it
biceps are the weakest muscle in my upper body, which is ironic because I get compliments about them. I can curl 25 lb dumbbells, but anything past that is tough
i can do a 65 lb weighted chinup for 6 reps though
I'm confused now... whats 35 lb in kg? it's around half isn't it?
you weigh 65 pounds and you curl 25's on the reggie??
15.8757kg
>you weigh 65 pounds
adding 65 lb to my bodyweight for chinups
okay, yes, so that is light weight isn't it? like i'm not strong and do curls with more than that... wtf that can't be the average, i'm waaay below the average
the average male is underdeveloped. if they did manual labour and sports their whole lives they would be stronger.
are you doing strict form curls?
youtube.com
as much as I can yes, although I learnt to do it by watching similar videos, but I do it in front of a mirror, and I am fairly confident in spotting someone doing it wrong... I think. But I only just started lifting a year ago maybe, so I don't know maybe I'm doing it wrong, because 20 kg is getting too easy for me, i'm just increasing the reps now, until I'm able to buy more weights, or go to the gym again
you do barbell or dumbbell?
20kg one one hand? that is good lad.
With shit form, sure
I use 35 lbs dumbbells for my isolation sets at the end, slow negatives and strict form
My arms are 19" lean and I can curl 100s with bad form, but it's worthless stimulus compared to nice&strict curls in my experience
dumbbell, bought a set with two bars and 20 kg plates with it, now I have all the plates on one bar, so I'm looking to upgrade in the future. Thought 20 kg is embarrassingly weak, so I always try to avoid in conversations when it comes up
Well, above but it really doesn't matter that much, you don't need to curl crazy weights for biceps
no it is a respectable weight in my opinion. how many reps and sets do you do?
all the autistic twinks thinking they can curl 35lb
why do so many people larp on Yas Forums?
>average
>35lb
There's no way the average is that low. I could curl 70lb dumbbells without any training
