Getting frustrated with my weight and how my body looks so I started my diet.
I'm currently counting calories and go walking . What would you recommend more? I can't swim cause everything is closed. I've cut down sugary and fatty stuff. Only eat around 1500-1800 calories a day.
I'm 5'8 and already weigh more than 230 pounds.... Do I actually look like that though? Or would you say I weigh less?
I just want to stay motivated desu, its hard sometimes

I'm shit with female body weights but I would not have guessed you weighed the same as me.
If you want to go balls to the wall you can count macros and do intermittent fasting. Not all fatty fat fats are bad though, keeping a healthy amount is part of macro tracking.
Drink hella water and do something like squats or planks or anerobic work outs, things that stress your muscles, before you go for a walk. Then if you can monitor your heart rate during the walk with like a watch or fitbit or regular ol math try and keep yourself at around 130bpm I'm guessing.
With our weight though I wouldn't recommend running immediately and if you do I wouldn't do it on anything that isn't soft. Don't wanna fuck up your joints.
