There is a lot of variation. But overall the human body is exactly that...human. Exposing different bodies to similar environments can still produce similar results

So because they're controlling their hormones they're essentially removing variables by setting them, and there's less variety in appearance because it is as if they've eliminated that aspect of genetic variation by min maxing those factors? Makes a lot of sense, actually. And the variables they can't control will usually pigeon hole them into certain camps, like physique versus bodybuilding.
