fishing is actually a good idea, never thought about it. is any fish that i catch edible? fuck the law idc im just worried that there is a certain type that i should avoid such as small ones or something

depends on your part of the world you're in - I myself am in southern US (Georgia), and I've been fishing past few weekends just for fun, but there was one catch we did use for a fish fry. For that we had mainly bream and crappie. you can pretty much eat anything really, but I'd avoid really small fish, just not worth the effort of cleaning. I know you say fuck the law, but at the least get a license just so DNR doesn't fuck you over, especially if you won't care about the sizing and limits.

Most fish are but the two things you should consider are:
is it from freshwater? Be careful for mercury and pollution especially if you’re in Florida.
How big is the fish? Many fish have size limits and while you say you don’t care about the law this is deeper than that, the finish will likely have bred when they’re at or beyond their minimum size limit, this is important for keeping wild populations in check and to prevent over fishing. You also don’t want to get caught catching/keeping certain species out of season and without a license I.e. snook.
Also, for what fish are edible look into the different local species and look up which are inedible and just avoid those.

I think your best bet are bluefish, bass, perch, carp (if you can catch them, it’s not hard but I’ve never had luck for some reason with grass carp), and brown bullheads. If I were you I’d try to go 1-2 a month and just get enough for the week at a time, making sure to hit different fishing spots each time

I eat a smoothy with rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seed, hemp seeds, a banana, turmeric, black pepper, 30g veg protein powder, A little baby seaweed, frozen fruit mix, and almond milk in a nutribullet. It’s roughly 40-45g protein. Also a lot of spinach with this meal separately

Then I eat chickpea protein pasta with tomato basil sauce. And broccoli, water, Alive multivitamins, and veg DHA+EPA (it’s basically algae in pill form), and a veg probiotic

Then finally I have pasture raised egg omelette with some quinoa+a little onions sauce (or hot sauce) + mixed frozen veggies, some kale, and walnuts or Brazil nuts or almonds or cashews

In the meantime they lay eggs, Satan.

Just seems wildly inefficient for the negative side (smelly noisy room with polluted air). A chicken coop outside and you can raise 10 chickens, a single cock (lol) to make more chickens and from the ones not getting fertilized you’ll have plenty of eggs. When the babies grow up, eat the males and the females that were adults already and replace them with the babies after they’ve grown up. Rinse and repeat. Clean it once a month or so by getting them all out of the coop and spraying it down with a hose.
